Shipping Policy

Our Fulfillment Model

We operate a hybrid fulfillment model combining local New Zealand stock with international suppliers to provide you with the best selection and competitive pricing.

Local New Zealand Stock

Items marked with a New Zealand stock badge are held locally in our New Zealand warehouse. This includes both:

  • Ready-to-ship inventory: Standard products we keep in stock for fast delivery
  • Bespoke made-to-order products: Premium items manufactured locally in New Zealand to your specifications

Local Stock Benefits:

  • Next-day processing for in-stock items
  • Faster delivery times to New Zealand and Australia customers
  • Delivery within 7 business days via Post Haste courier (subject to courier availability)
  • Supporting local New Zealand manufacturing

International Items

All other products are fulfilled by our trusted international suppliers, with warehouses located in the United States, China, and Europe. This allows us to offer a wider selection of quality outdoor equipment at competitive prices.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • NZ Stock (Ready-to-Ship): Next-day processing, delivery within 7 business days to NZ/AU via Post Haste
  • NZ Bespoke (Made-to-Order): Processing time varies by product (specified on product page), then 3-5 business days delivery via Post Haste
  • International Items: 2-3 business days processing, typically 6-14 business days delivery depending on your location
  • Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships

What You'll Receive After Ordering

After your order is processed, we'll send you:

  • Information about where your item is shipping from (NZ local stock, NZ made-to-order, or international warehouse)
  • Expected delivery timeframe
  • Tracking details
  • Direct contact email for any questions

Where We Ship

We ship to countries where we have established markets. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, check the country selector at checkout, or simply see if you have your local currency available to select - if you do, we ship to you.

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Americas: Canada, United States
  • Asia-Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, New Zealand
  • Europe: Austria, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom
  • Nordic Countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden

Pricing & Taxes - No Surprise Fees

The price you see is what you pay - no hidden charges at delivery.

Our pricing is transparent and designed to eliminate surprise fees:

  • International customers (excluding USA): All prices include GST/VAT, duties, and delivery costs built in. The checkout price is your final price.
  • USA customers: Applicable state sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout. No additional duties or import fees. or is already included where possible. 
  • All countries: No customs charges, import duties, or delivery fees will be added after purchase.

We handle all international shipping complexities so you don't have to worry about unexpected costs when your order arrives.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates across all our markets.

Out of Stock or Delivery Issues

If items become unavailable or we cannot deliver to your address, we'll contact you immediately to discuss your options: an alternative product, store credit, or a full refund.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delivery Confirmation

We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, NZ Post, and DHL. When your tracking shows a confirmed Delivered status, we consider your order successfully fulfilled. This official carrier scan is our proof of delivery.

 

We know it's frustrating when a parcel goes missing after delivery — it does happen, and we're sorry if it happens to you. However, once a carrier has confirmed delivery to your address, the parcel is outside our control and we're unable to take responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or missing after that point.

If your tracking shows Delivered but you haven't received your order, here's what we suggest:

  • Check with neighbours and any safe drop spots around your property
  • Contact your local delivery provider directly — they can often locate exactly where it was left
  • File a report with your local postal authority if needed

To avoid this situation, we recommend shipping to a secure address where someone will be available to receive your parcel
