30-Day Return Window: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Defective Items: We'll replace or refund defective products at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Our Fulfillment Model: We operate a hybrid fulfillment model combining local New Zealand stock with international suppliers to provide you with the best selection and competitive pricing.
Local New Zealand Stock: Items marked with a New Zealand stock badge are held locally in our New Zealand warehouse. This includes both ready-to-ship inventory and bespoke made-to-order products manufactured locally in New Zealand.
Processing & Delivery Times:
- NZ Stock (Ready-to-Ship): Next-day processing, delivery within 7 business days to NZ/AU via Post Haste
- NZ Bespoke (Made-to-Order): Processing time varies by product (specified on product page), then 3-5 business days delivery via Post Haste
- International Items: 2-3 business days processing, typically 8-18 business days delivery depending on your location
