30-Day Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery on most items — just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
How to Return an Item
- Timeframe: Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached
- Get started: Email meadsupplyandequipment@gmail.com with photos of the item
- Your options: Choose a refund, exchange for a different size, or store credit

- Important: Please contact us before sending anything back — returns without prior approval cannot be accepted
Change of Mind Returns
- 10% restocking fee applies
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Items must be unworn and unused with original tags and packaging
Our Fault? We'll Make It Right — No Fees
If we've made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll cover everything:
- All return shipping costs covered
- No restocking fee
- Full refund or replacement provided
This applies to: damaged products (report within 30 days with photo or video), missing or incorrect items, defective or faulty products, and items that don't match their description.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
- Before fulfillment begins: We'll do our best to cancel and issue a full refund
- After fulfillment has started: Once your order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner and processing has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify it. The order will need to complete and you would need to follow our returns process upon delivery
- International dropship orders are typically submitted to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business hours of payment, so cancellation windows are short
We recommend double-checking your order details — including your shipping address — before completing checkout.
Refund Processing
All refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Delays
If your order hasn't received a tracking update after 35 days, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, and hazardous materials.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws in your country.
