Returns & Refund Policy

Standard Policy - No Returns

We do not accept returns on standard orders. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer full refunds or replacements when we are at fault.

When You're Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You can receive a full refund or replacement in these situations:

  • Damaged products: Report within 30 days with photo or video evidence
  • Missing or incorrect items: Contact us with evidence of the issue
  • Significant shipping delays: No tracking update after 45 days (US orders), 60 days (international orders), or 110 days (Brazil orders)
  • Delivery failures: When tracking shows delivered but package wasn't received (requires non-delivery certification from postal service)

EU/UK Customers - 14-Day Return Right

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom, you have the legal right to return items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required
  • Contact us at meadsupplyandequipment@gmail.com before returning items
  • 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns
  • Customer pays return shipping costs

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials cannot be returned.

We partner with trusted suppliers through Zendrop to bring you quality outdoor gear at competitive prices. Products ship directly from supplier warehouses located in the US, China, and Europe. We're also developing bespoke products manufactured in New Zealand that will ship via DHL, working toward a hybrid fulfillment model.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
  • Delivery Times: Typically 10-20 business days depending on your location
  • New Zealand Deliveries: Average 13 days from international suppliers
  • Tracking: You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships
